well I lost another long entry to the malformed java script bug. I
don't understand why I appear to be the only person in the universe
having the issue. I have issues on every computer I use to try and post
from. Firefox, Camino, Safari? I've busted a post in all of them. PPC.
MacIntel. It don't matter.

Well here is the image I was going to share with you. It's a picture from the 2006 NYC Marathon. I took Ace to Ryan & Matt's High 5 station. There was more about this but I lost it to the following delightful bug.

I actually lost my updates to this post. GAY. Here's a picture. I'd show you a thumb but this CMS won't make any thumbs. I get a crazy error when I upload images. Here's what I was trying to show you.

Oh man I am tired. October was a crazy month. I got a new computer at home (iMac 20" 2.16 Core Duo2), I got a new computer at work (MacPro Quad 2.66 Xeon), I had the most lectures and major events ever in one month at work. Halloween was fun. I have pictures of Ace up at my .mac homepage. Or I would if they haven't gone anf fucked up the only part of .Mac I actually use anymore. Now my photos are on something the call your iWeb home or something. It sucks balls. It actually unrotated my iphoto images and put them in sideways. Now thats what I call a total upgrade.

In personal nightmare news I've had a total reversal of fortune on my gut related issues. I've had multiple mega attacks of the urgent poops on the way to work. I've had a couple of 3-4 get off the train and find a bathroom emercency style. For like bowel'd people the McDonalds on 71st street has a bathroom thats open to "customers". There are also bathrooms at 34ths Port Authority and if you don't want to leabe the station there are great bathrooms in Times Square Station. Anyway, I have to live with this insanity and it's no fun.

In other news my new improv team "Team Fernandez" is currently in 4th place in The Project. I really need to get more people in the seats. What it is is a weekly improv contest where 3 teams perform. At the end the audience and performers vote for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place for the night. The point totals add up for the season and
at the end the worst 2 teams get voted off. So I am feeling pretty good about 4th but what really
need is one big night of people to help push our vote total over the top. I don't expect to get 1st place but man we better not flatout lose! Well I really like our team. The funny thing is like 1/2 the team is known to the improv world and the other 1/2 is barely or not at all known. So we have the element of surprise on our side! BUt it also means we can't really curry favor with the other teams. Shitty politics even in the improv world. Sigh.

In crazy work news it looks like some dumb first year grad student lost a laptop and projector bundle. So that means that guy is on the hook for $2k. OUCH!
